Hotel looks nice and room were clean.But the staff were so un professional literally they can understand English.I booked this hotel from booking.com it says gym, hot bath ect but when you want to go the gym is close pool is close.It was my first time in turkey I didnt know the people thats why I asked this hotel receptionist if they can do PCR test fore and my family they charged us 250 lira for per personwe were for so they chanrged us 1000 lira. When the pcr test provider came she was so unprofessional she put stick in mouth and put in to bottle and didnt write anyones names on the bottle and kept in the purse which is cleear that they make fool to the people.Other than hotel the city by self is so beautiful 😍
