Went to the copper whisk restaurant inside and had the bbq bacon burger cooked medium rare. Tasted absolutely amazing! Thick cut fries and a nice cup of ranch on the side. Well worth the price($14) Servers were quick to refill drinks and seemed friendly. Would definitely recommend. Took a bit long to get the food, but well worth the wait!

Positive: Staff was very nice. Restaurant in hotel very good and very nice staff. Negative: Pool too cold. Not enough blankets, not enough pillows, not enough tissue or toilet paper. No microwave, no mini fridge. I was able to get a fridge for a nightly fee. The room was clean but seems like they are trying to save money by not having extras

Positive: The hotel room eas very clean. Great room service and quick tesponse. The room had a sitting area with sofa, chair and coffee table. This added to the extta comfort of the room. The restaurant in the hotel has excellent staff. Great Stay. Negative: Getting to and from the strip area. Without shuttle service .

Positive: The rooms were big enough with the sitting area Negative: Yes I didn¿t like there is no fridge or microwave in the room. Best Western has these. I didn¿t like I couldn¿t logged into the Wi-Fi. I had no cell service it¿s a dead zone at the hotel. I have Verizon unlimited. Too expensive for just beds.

Positive: I was impressed! From the front desk staff at checkin to the room and room service... Everything was great! Free parking, great restaurants, room service was fast and priced VERY reasonably. While it may not be on the strip, it is not far & well worth it.

Positive: We stayed here about 10 years ago. It has changed so much. It offered many restaurants and activities. The people were very friendly. I felt very safe with the security going to the rooms! The rooms were spotless! Thank you to all the hard workers! Negative: We didnt know the pool was closed when we booked. That is one of our highlights of staying there also.

Positive: I absolutely adored the view from the window in my room. It was so refreshing to have such a beautiful view of the pool area with the pretty trees surrounding. I enjoyed room service and the food was good.

Good casino, bad rooms, worse food.The casino is great- pretty big and a lot going on.The rooms are ok but the bed is literally one of the least comfortable I’ve ever slept in and the pillows? My god I’ve never seen a thinner pillow and they only give you two!There are a lot of food options, but when Sbarros is the best food you know you are doing something wrong.Would gamble here, would not stay here.

Positive: I have stayed here before and loved it. In five years it has gone downhill. Musty smell, old old furniture held together by tape. Towels & beds old and worn out. This place needs an upgrade bad! Free parking though!

Positive: Convenient location. Many activities and restaurants at and near the hotel. Warm hot tub and pool. Negative: The hotel room was clean but seemed to have some lingering odor of cigarette smoke. Could be from being a smoking room in the past.

Positive: The people were awesome the casino was average, the arena was great! Negative: The food places were not good at all, if you go to Vegas to eat good food do not stay here there was nothing that tasted good at all. TGI Fridays was gross the food court was nasty and 5 girls on our cheer team got food poisoning from the Asian restaurant

Positive: Their selection of older slot machines and reasonably priced coffee shop for breakfast, bowling, good selection of Pai Gow tables. Negative: The fact that the maid walked in on my wife and me without giving a chance to even answer verbally. 3 little taps on the door with her card key (we werent even sure what that was) them boom! Privacy violated!!

Positive: The big rooms great location Negative: If you whant your Room clean you need to call every morning to house keeping,also the complenentary free Spa Steam rooms and Sauna not open even if you are Charged $40 a day for Resort Fee.Also the Buffet is Closed

Positive: Very large rooms, staff friendly, comfortable. Negative: Bad value resort fee for what you got. Pool only open limited hours (10-5?), internet very slow and maxed out at low amount.

Positive: The staff was amazing, food was fantastic. Negative: The beds were SOOO uncomfortable. Barely able to sleep the 3 nights I was there.

Positive: Nice room, quick check-in and check-out, Negative: The beds were comfortable and clean, but there were a few long dark hairs in the bathroom, and also a small black piece of something on the bathroom floor, so felt the bathroom floor was most likely not cleaned at all.

May 28 was my grandsons high school graduation. Excellent security. My family and I feel very safe.

Positive: Its a very nice Hotel and its cool that it has a lot of different things to do all inside the Hotel my Family really likes the pool

Positive: Not much really. Negative: Way over priced. Disappointed in the amenities considering the 39.00 a day resort fees.

Favorite off strip casino. Great movie theater, fun bowling, the restaurants are so good, the arcade is cool.

Negative: Hotel was not very accommodating to my requests after giving me a room that was impossible to actually sleep in. The whistling sound of the elevators going up and down was unbearably loud! The reception desk was not understanding of the situation!

Positive: Location and amenities Negative: Unit toilets need to be replaced. Older toilets can¿t seem to handle ordinary usage.

Positive: It was inexpensive Negative: I was told they have a shuttle to the strip but they do not

Positive: Good selection of restaurants within the hotel. Negative: There was no refrigerator in the room. They only cleaned our room once during our stay. Part of the resort fee included coffee in your room but it was never replenished after day 1 and we were there for 4 nights.

Positive: There were family friendly activities. Negative: No fan in the bathroom.

Positive: Great location and friendly staff. Negative: The $40 daily resort fee is way too much!

Positive: Its within walking distance (1.7 miles) to Allegiant Stadium. Negative: The room was fine, but could use a refresh.

Their restaurant was open for breakfast and served a very large and delicious meal. The serve staff was very friendly.I reserved a double room, but was told upon arrival that I was assigned a king. The hotel staff immediately switched me to a double room. The room was exceptionally clean and everything worked properly. I was very pleased.Except for some construction underway in the hallway leading to the rooms, the hotel was very, very clean.Every staff person I came in contact with was very nice and helpful. I needed an extra blanket for my bed and it was delivered extremely fast.My only complaint is that it is a long walk from the parking lot to the rooms. I am disabled so my hip was in a lot of pain from the long walk.
