Resepsiyondaki çalışan elemanlar çok iyilerdi otelin kendisi gayet temiz ama geceleri uyurken asansör sesi rahatsız edici artı kahvaltıda büyük bir değişim lazım.

Personeli çok ilgili otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde sultanahmet meydana ve sahile iki üç dakika yürüme mesafesinde teras restaurantın da deniz Manzarası eşliğinde lezzetli yemekler var. Temiz güvenilir ve güzel bir otel.Rüm otel personeline ilgilerinden dolay teşekkürler.

We have arrived at around of 4 pm with a friend of mine. The room wasnt ready. The manager opened for us another room, probably accidentally where another person was staying, opened his/her luggage in order to check if its packed or not. We were shocked. The questions are:- So if where are inside, the manager may opened our door any time he wants?- If we are not there, he can easily open our room and check our stuff?So as a result we had to find another more safe hotel with friendly staff. The hotel Mevlana Bazaar was small. The rooms were small as well. But yes, the hotel has a very good photographer that takes nice pictures which dont show the reality. Also the service is very rude, especially to my friend. Dont think it is appropriate to talk to customers like that.First we wanted to stay at least one night, but because of such rudeness we decided to leave, that was the suggestion of Booking.com. You will see, how rude they reply in the comments.
