Otel güzel ve temiz. Diğer odadalarda kullanılan elektrikli aletler dolayısıyla gece sık sık sigorta attı ve elektrik konusunda problemler yaşandı. Resepsiyon personeli problemi çözmek için epey uğraştı. Bunun dışında bir problem yoktu. Teşekkür ederiz.Otoparkı var. Otelin bulunduğu sokağa giriş çıkış saatleri sınırlı. Bu sebeple otoparki kullanmadan önce mutlaka bu saatleri sormalısınız.Temiz ve güzel.

Hizmet hiç yok. Hamam v.s. günübirlik kalanlar kullanamasın diye saat 13:00 da açılıyor. Uzun süre konaklamak için zaten uygun bir tercih degil. Odada çay bile yok diyeyim siz anlayın kalanını. Otopark için vale hizmeti yok. Yemek yemedim zira çay olmayan bir otelin yemeğini denemeye lüzum görmedim.

Estuvimos muy bien en el hotel de Estambul, la habitación era comoda, espaciosa, limpia y agradable.Es una zona muy tranquila lo que se agradece en esta ciudad. Andando estábamos a sólo 20-25 min del centro.El personal fue en todo momento muy atento y servicial.Las comidas y en concreto el desayuno fueron excelentes y variados. Las zonas comunes muy agradables y espaciosas, la zona de desayuno muy luminosa, acogedora y tranquila.La temperatura de la habitación no se podía regular bien y hacía algo de calor pero es lo único negativo.Puntuación 9-10 sobre 10 en todo.

Reception staff wormly greeted and welcome us, after quick check ın proces we arrived our room , the room was decorated as parquet floor and was fine, omfortable ,the bathroom was clean. enjoyed staff served breakfast.enjoyed location , no trafic easy access main point of city, near to metro and tram station. we enjoyed our stay and defenitely recomend this hotel.

Nous nous sommes sentis bien dans cet hôtel propre, moderne et simple . Très bien situé, personnel à l’écoute. Ménage fait chaque jour dans la chambre .Réception et service (boissons, repas etc ..) quasi tout le temps disponible. C’est la première fois que je profite du rez de chaussé d’un hôtel mais c’était tellement agréable que souvent le soir nous descendions prendre un chocolat chaud ou un café .Je recommande cet hotel .

We loved how safe we felt inside this hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly. Atmosphere was very peaceful. Only one thing we noticed was that the sanitizer bottle at the entrance was empty and there was an odd smell inside the bedroom which I presume came from the bathroom. But otherwise the room was very clean and very spacious. We will definitely stay again.

We had a 4 nights stay at the hotel. Check in was extremely prompt and excellent. The staff was extremely professional and courteous. Breakfast was also good although they could increase the choice of cooked items. Room was very good size. TV was not working in the room. It’s old television and the volume was not working at all. Hotel tried to fixed but 3 nights out of 4 TV was not working. Staff is extremely courteous, supportive and kind. I would definitely come back and stay with them.

Great Staff, very helpful especially Mr. Fatih. Helped us alot at the time of check out and arrangements with taxi services to the airport. I am glad that the hotel staff understood and spoke English, which is usually a biggest challenge visiting Turkey. Nice location. I will be staying there in future as well. Highly recommended.

Its far from the public tram/metro station. Its not accessible/easy for anyone in a wheelchair/stroller. Staff does not help. Mini fridge in the room is broken and staff ignored me when I said the babys milk was rotting. I had to take the baby to the hospital for treatment for drinking rotten milk. The baby crib is broken, terribly repaired, and dirty. Do not book a room here.

Hotel has good location and very good staff. it is worth the value I paid. breakfast was not what I expected, in terms of variety of food, but not bad. rooms are clean but need some renovations. in total it is worth what you pay.

Up on arrival the receptionist greeting and welcoming was very professional.After several minutes our check in process completed quickly , we have been informed about covid-19 conditions and about hotel services ect. Staff were professional ,everything was perfect,

We were good welcome up on arrival, the lobby and bar area new decorated, all covid-19 measures has been taken.our room was ok.bathroom was clean, wiew of the room was fine,there is quiet trafic at the hotel location bat after 300 meters we saw havy trafic.

Provide good quality service, clean room, variaty of breakfast , located in city center easy access by walk to important famous historical points. Grand bazaar just 1,5 km Topkapi palace 2,5 km away from the hotel.

Staff over compensated for any shortfalls. Slightly dated interior and room appearance. Breakfast could be warmer.Will recommend the hotel. Again, excellent service.

I was freezing for 4 days and staff promised every day will fixed but nothing , even when we change the room , it was the same , the tv turn it on every one hour but his self and wake me up and they promise to fixed and nothing , it was the worst stay ever , I pay for nothing , just , want to forget that stay , it is not a hotel it is something I cant understand they simply let me to go to the hospital for one night to be betterthere is a million thing more but I havent the energy to write about it,

We had nice room with a lot of light, bathroom was great, reception staff friendly willing to respond to any request. Istanbul during post lockdown period is not an easy town to visit, but the hotels staff was ready to solve any problem we have encountered. The citys main tourist attractions can be easily reached by metro or streetcar, Grand Bazaar is three stops away, Hagia Sophia two more, but with the hotel sitting on the hill it required a bit of effort to walk back uphill from the tramway stop Aksaray. But if youd prefer to use taxi ask the reception to book one for you, this will make sure you will not overpay your ride.

We wanted to stay close to the old city and this property seemed like a good option.Its about a mile close to the main attractions, a nice walk. Its in a quiet area.Bathroom was dirty, had hair. Rooms are small, and the breakfast is just average

There is controlled trafic in the hotel location between 10.00 until 21.00,available taxi and private tourist transport service hotel staff called taxi for us,20 minutes within walking distance to museum Topkapi ,Haghia sophia and Blue meced.

Мы останавливались в этом отеле 2 ночи: 18-20 июля. Обе ночи почти не спали. В 4 утра тебя будит первая молитва из мечети, а потом вторая в 6 утра. Ближе к 8 утра начинается шум с улицы от людей и мотоциклов.Помимо этого, номер был очень маленький, тесный и неуютный. Ощущение придорожного мотеля. Уверен, там нужен ремонт. В общем, я бы не рекомендовал останавливаться в этом месте.

Property located in a good position , easy to reach popular touristic points like topkapi palace and blue mosque by tram or walk . Easy acces to famous shopping mall cevahir and zorlu center Istinye park. Hotel staff and service was good.Defenitely recomend this hotel.

Positives: Good location in Old City, great staff (Bektaş was particularly helpful), comfortable mattresses which is important to me since I need a soft mattress. I ordered dinner from the hotel one night and the food exceeded my expectations.Negatives: Not many negatives, only if youre someone who needs a hair dryer like me, youd best bring you own. The hair dryers the hotel provides are extremely weak and poorly functioning.

Hotel is located 15 minutes away from grandbazaar -kapalicarsi , after 25 minutes to Hagia sophia and blue mecet. easy access with public transport to citys popular points taksim square and asian side of istanbul.good service, good staf clean hotel.

One of the best Holiday Inn Ive stayed in. Excellent Service! I stayed at this hotel for a total of 9 nights. I cannot expect anything more than this. The receptionist was very welcoming and helped out whatever we needed. The services were excellent. Especially during this covid times, this receptionist was the only one I saw who actually spray disinfectant at the front desk after the customer in front of me left. - out of all the hotels Ive stayed around Turkey over the past month. The room service was very clean. We were also given two types of pillows, which allowed us to have more comfortable sleep as everyone had different preference. The only thing I would recommend is the sound proof of the room - I could hear the baby crying next door all night long. Otherwise it was an excellent stay and thats why I stayed a few extra nights. Thank you!

From arrival up to our departure , we have seen a very good hotel staff , always smiling and polite to us.Hotel is in a very good location , easy to walk to metro and tram stations just 400 or 500 mt.away from hotel.Staff helped us to register our istanbul cards for to use when we get tram or metro.Thanks for all.We defenitely will recomend this property to our friends

I have stayed at this hotel three times, usually I love every visit to a Holiday Inn and this was no exception, the team are warm and welcoming its friendly and the foyer has been completely remodeled to the Holiday Inn IKEA open concept look. When you stay at this Hotel you get a real sense that all the staff are happy to be there, well because of Covid-19 I only saw two staff the whole time, so I’m sure they were happy. The rooms are good and functional, Possibly not every room is marvelous but if you really dont like a room go down and discuss it it with one of the front desk and ask to change. The rooms have block out curtains so a good nights sleep is almost gauranteed, though my first night wasn’t as they had switched off the airconditioning I was in a top floor suite facing the sun and it was 35 degrees in the shade. if you are sensitive to mild noise and vibration then ensure you ask for a room at the rear of the hotel, best you join IHG rewards program for free, to book the cheapest rate and put your room preference in your profile. The airco once switched on, after the second day, is great and keeps the room an ambient temp. The complimentary Covid-19 special pre packaged Breakfast is served in the restaurant downstairs. It’s not good and they could have done better. Certainly other Holiday Inns I’ve stayed at have been and still do it corona virus safe. They need to change this at least.Within easy walking distance to the hotel are shops with a convenience store directly across the road, great place to get some yogurts and drinks. There’s a taxi stand near by and easy walk to the main central parts of Istanbul. The guy at the desk can help and assist with all your tour bookings, though limited currently, maps and advice on things to do. They do have free parking but neglect to tell you that you may not enter the street of the hotel between 10am and 5pm so if like me you arrive then you’ll have to pay for a nearby parking station. All in All I love the staff here and there infectious behaviour makes me enjoy this Hotel. I recommend this hotel if you need central Istanbul reasonably priced accommodation.

A SPIRE ELITE REVIEWER: This is a nice Holiday Inn especially if you need to be in the heart of the old city Istanbul. On arrival after walking from a nearby car park with luggage as the free car park at the hotel can’t be entered during the day. one can’t help but be impressed by the IHG clean health check and sanitizer, it was very well done, I was recognised as a IHG Spire Elite rewards club member by Farty, who gave me a very warm welcome and upgraded me to a lovely “Hot “room on a high floor away from lifts, which I requested in my IHG Rewards profile. The hotel has recently been refurbished in the new HI open concept livery it was typical but new and clean.The team member was doing his best under the Covid-19 restrictions to make one feel welcome and at home. The rooms, were not allowed to have airconditioning but after a very hot restless night and a few emails and discussions with IHG care it was turned on the next day. The room is kept an ambient temperature by very good air conditioning, the rooms are very clean and well kept by house keeping, though again not daily due to the Covid-19 so actually didn’t see anyone for three days. The curtains in the room are block out, so a sleep in is possible, the amenities are HI standard, the shower was excellent, hot and strong water supply.The hotel has a large lovely lounge area with a bar (again closed due to staffing and Covid-19 )The is restaurant has been totally remodeled and modernized but was also closed. Breakfast for what it’s worth is served in a prepackaged form in the lounge area. The service is quick and efficient, how could it not be they get the breakfast de delivered in. Covid-19 has made a new normal but not a good one for the moment, on my previous visits, I spent some time in the bar and restaurant as it really is a friendly place to relax and just lounge about. Unfortunately this is currently not the case.

Летели 03.04.2021 на 5 ночей, Турецкими Авиалиниями. Билеты куплены год назад. Прилетели в 05-00. Трансфер заказали за ранее в Отеле (35 EU). Разместили в 509, с балконом и видом на город и Мраморное Море. Всё работало, ни текло не пахло. В ванной, да и в номере не хватает Генеральной уборки.В остальном без замечаний, пару раз ходили на завтрак (платили на ресепшн).Шумоизоляция не очень (пару раз днём слышал чужие разговоры в номерах), но не критично.Персонал вежлив, внимателен.

Le gros avantage de cet établissement est son emplacement. Proche des attractions principales à voir à Istanbul, et se trouve dans un quartier sympathique et animé. Léquipe de réception, est agréable et serviable. Sur les points à revoir. Léquipe de housekeeping. Le nettoyage est fait de façon très approximative, notre chambre nétait pas propre à notre arrivée. Nous étions arrivés tard le soir, on a dormi directement. Le lendemain nous avons exigé le nettoyage de la chambre de façon plus approfondie mais rien na été fait. Malgré notre demande presque quotidienne de nettoyage le nécessaire na pas été fait. Dommage.La chambre un peu vieillotte et mériterait quelques travaux.Globalement, notre séjour sest bien passé sans problème particulier.

This is the first time I stay in this neighborhood of Istanbul; I must say I was delighted with the location since it is close to historic sites, markets and shops (including exchange), metro stations and a taxi station in front of the hotel.The people at the hotel are fluent in several languages and will go to great lengths to make their guest’s stay pleasurable.I must say the hotel staff made my stay delightful beyond expectations.Hotel prices are quite adequate and you feel very safe thanks to COVID-19 measures taken and thanks to other general security measures taken.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel is, all the staff are friendly and helpful. Fatih, the manager, did everything possible to make for a great stay as did his second in charge (who spoke very good English) and Erdal, on behalf of management offered a free visit to the spa with a Turkish massage thrown in. Erdal also provided limousine transport to the airport as a goodwill gesture because the tour company recommended was not good at all.There is a wide buffet for breakfast and once again very pleasant staff. The hotel is spotlessly clean and it has a very nice atmosphere. Professional but friendly. The decor of the hotel is relaxing and I particularly like the way the breakfast room (very large to cater for 125 guests when I was there) has been planned over different levels, this gives the opportunity to be more public or have more of an intimate setting.The menu is fairly limited but this is to be expected but the food was good.Good location for independently exploring the sights of the city.The cleaning staff are well supervised and they do their work efficiently and quietly. Very nice ladies.WiFi is very good in the hotel.I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone

Clean hotel,good staff ,limited bufet breakfast vecause of covid-19 but good nough. Easy access to everyplace in city, 24 hours available t call taxi.Ten minutes by walk to the historic grand bazaar and netx of it sultanahmet square twenty minutes.

Почему парковка для гостей отеля платная?!?!К вам не заехать днем! Ограничение властей! Приходится парковать машину до 21:00 на платной парковке соседнего квартала, а потом переставлять на парковку отеля и поатить еще там! Что за бред! Больше туда не поеду, раньше парковка была бесплатной!!!

New decorated dynamic modern colorful lobby,staff were great ,we have seen good and quality service.room was ok.comfortable and clean.breakfast service was supper

Arrived at hotel straight after midday, no welcome or recognition of my tier status, no assistance with luggage or recognition of my tear status, offered 3 free drinks, but charged me at checkout, refused to pay.Room size is good, however the room is heated without any control, switched the thermometer off, still too warm. Opened the windows, mosquitoes filled the room...had to chose mosquitoes and spiders to avoid the the warm room.I was during the lock down, the room was not being cleaned with detergents, floor only swept, same in the toilet room.

Our room was on top floor at right corner and it has street view.We were satisfied with room comfort and daily maid cleaning service was good.Breakfast buffet and variaty off breakfast was good enough.staff was helpful always greating us.

The staff here is fantastic. We arrived a little discombobulated... and were warmly greeted by the receptionist, sat down with a free beer, and our room was upgraded. We had an executive corner room. Great view. Spacious with a little settee. My only real complaint about the room is the bed... mattresses are really soft.We paid extra for breakfast, and it was a little underwhelming. Most of the hot items were tepid at best. No real meat, just hot dogs. Used the hammam. It was fantastic. Very friendly attendant, too.Id recommend this hotel, and Id happily stay here again.

I stayed in the suite room which is the best and most expensive room in the hotel, the room itself was very good and clean however the shower head in the hotel was not working. I have stayed in many holiday Inn hotels over the years however the service provided at this particular hotel did not live up to the standard which holiday inn provide. I had payed extra for breakfast which was absolutely terrible and possibly the worst breakfast I have ever had at any hotel. Staff are very miserable and do not want to communicate with guests and do not go out there by to make guests feel welcomed. The hotel itself is located in a good area where it is very easily accessible to visit local attraction and tourist destinations. The presidential room is a good room however it does need some work done to it to improve the standard of the room.

The location is great and hotel was good value overall. Staff were polite and helpful although could have been more proactive when we arrived - we had to unload all our luggage from the pick up vehicle arranged by the hotel ourselves and it 2asnt until I started to try and load the luggage on the hotel trolley that staff came forward. The shower drain in our room was blocked and it flooded the bathroom but the hotel offered us a free upgrade to an executive room which was nice. The air conditioning didnt appear to be effective - just made a noise but didnt cool the room and there was some work going on which made it a bit noisy during the day. Despite the above we still think the hotel was good value and would stay there again

The stay was amazing the team was very friendly. Special thank to Mr. Doğan and Mr. Fatih for the help and support during check-in and assistance with the HES code. The location is ideal for sightseeing. The hotel is extremely clean and there are sanitisers everywhere. We look forward to visiting again.

This hotel met my expectations and some more. The front of house team led by Ismail and Fatih along with Osman, are awesome. They do such a great job and make you feel very welcome. I arrived early in the morning and was quite ready to dump my bags and go wandering till check in time. However, they were able to get my room sorted and with only a small wait I was then in my room by mid morning. Breakfast is fantastic. The location of the hotel is excellent so close to everything in the old city area. The only concern I have is the water in plastic bottles, even at breakfast it is in plastic containers sealed foil. Yet they have a lovely water jug in the foyer for drinking. Why can they not also have this at breakfast. And then also source glass water bottles for guests in their rooms.

This hotel has a great potential. Great location close to the main Istanbul sights. Unfortunately, it need some renovation works. Housekeeping need more training. Room not cleaned correctly, in time of pandemic... Cleaning and hygene should be priority.

Vom Einchecken bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts waren die Angestellten sehr hilfsbereit. neu eingerichtetes Restaurant und Lobby, das Zimmer war sauber, die Größe war ideal und mit Blick auf den park.

Great location. All amenities in access. The cabs, trams, food, everything is nearby. 2 stops away from Grand Bazar and blue mosque. Comfortable and friendly environment. Breakfast was great. Staff was wlecoming and always ready to have a conversation no matter what time of the day. Definitely recommend Rooms are spacios and clean. So are the alleys and security is good

Location is great but the hotel’s condition is not at holiday inn standards. Towels are grey , bathroom is not clean at all, room is falling apart .

If you going to stay in Istanbul Old City, you must know that everything is on hill, its better to be on top than the bottom for peace and the view. The staff spoke good English, the room was clean, the breakfast was local, and fresh.We had a corner room and the view was nice! Secure elevators. (need room card to operate) And less noise compared to just down the street. Hardly any street traffic. 5 to 10 minute walk to either the subway or the tram. (depending on how much you shop along the way) Good local and tourist type restaurants with in a couple of blocks. Recommend inch Cafe between hotel and subway.

The location is great and small walk to train station. I was given free upgrade to a bigger room which was clean and cozy. The hotel staff are very friendly and always looking to help you. I must say the breakfast was the best one I ever had in any holiday inn brand hotel compared to Europe, Middle East, and North America. I love it and would definitely stay again in this hotel.

I think over All stay is great..Due to Covid people were stressed but staff is working very hard to make it work.Kemal was the best of the lot..how ever the female Manager was also very helpful and professional.. i see here at 8 in the morning till very late every day.i guess due to recent pandemic staff was limited with their abilities to do the right thing or the way the want it but. replenishment of paper cups and tea and coffee in the room can be improved
