Balatın tarihi sokaklarında gezmek ve bu otantik otelde kalmak benim için harikaydı. Otel oldukça temiz ve hijyen kurallarına uyuluyor. Odada kendinize ait bir mutfak var ve işinize yarayacak her türlü eşya mevcut.Kendimi evimde hissettim. Otel sahipleri güleryüzlü ve her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Bu yaşadığım en iyi konaklamalarından biriydi.

Evimde gibi hissettiğim çok rahat bir konaklama geçirdim. Bu hastalık dolayısıyla temizlik ve dezenfeksiyon detayları hakkında talep ettiğim her bilgiyi sahiplerinden edindim ve gönül rahatlığıyla iş seyahatimi tamamladım. Zaten küçük ve butik bir yer olduğu için dairelerle ve misafirleriyle özenle ilgilenilen bir işletme. Her seferinde tercih ettiğim ve memnun kaldığım bu butik oteli tavsiye ederim.

Apart otel işletmeciliği bilinmiyor. Müşteriye kibar değil. Pandemi kurallarına uyulmadığı gibi pandemi öncesi yaşama da uygun hijyen yok. Bina tadilat görmemiş. Nem-küf kokusu içinde. Odalar hiçbir konuda güvenli ve konforlu değil.

Balatta tarihi dokuyu hissederken kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik, güvenle, huzurla keyifle konakladık, çok merkezi, özenle dizayn edilmiş teraslı odası nostaljik unutulmaz bir tatil yaşattı Tuğba hanım ve Esra hanıma güler yüzlü ilgili hizmet anlayışlarından dolayı teşekkür ederim.

Bir hafta kaldım. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum. Güleryüzlü çalışanları var. Özellikle pandemi sürecinde kendimi güvende hissettim. Samimi ve nostaljik bir mahalle ortamı var. Ulaşımı rahat.

Bu kadar rahatlık olamaz yani aradığın her şey burda mevcut! Tavsiye ederim her kese değer otel apartmanlardan daha üstün bir Dizayn

İstanbula kalırken yuvamizin olan apart otel. Çalışanlar çok sevimli ve iyilik sever. Otel çok temiz.

Çok güzel bir işletme

Балат один из самых колоритных районов Стамбула. В апартаментах Elele чувствуешь себя как дома. Просто и уютно, отзывчивый персонал, готовый помочь во всем. Рекомендую к проживанию.

Positive: The apartment I stayed was very clean and comfortable. The builduing itself very beautiful and clean. The stuff are really take care about the hygiene. There is a full equipped kitchen in the apartment, so that I could be able to cook myself easily. There are even district bazaars two times in a week, 3 min away from the hotel. I enjoyed my Istanbul trip with a local feeling thanks to Elele Boutique Aparts. The stuff was always ready to support me, whenever I need. Top quality for this price. Highly recommended..

Negative: The apartment itself is beautifully designed and has everything what you need. A comfortable bed and a beautiful shower. The stove, fridge and the washing machine were great amenities. The best thing about this place is its location in a residential area of Balat but steps away from the main business street with full of little cafés, bakeries, antique shops, restaurants, little fast foods, markets. Its just 5minutes walking from the bus stop Balat, from where all main attractions are in 15min distance. Very great solution to discover the heart of Istanbul and a perfect place to have a rest when you are back from the crowded touristic spots..

Positive: Perfect place to have a rest after exploring this incredible city. Balat is filled to the brim with interesting houses, fabulous cafes/restaurants and an incredible history, like a hidden treasure to be explored. Coastline is 5 minutes away on foot and a perfect place to spend some peaceful time. The central location is great! If you are on walking, you can walk to other historical parts of Istanbul or you can get on a bus. Longest trip takes 10 minutes! The apartment was spotless and had everything needed for our stay. There is a big kitchen with all needed stuff to cook your own meal. There is a washing machine, which is available to use. We booked a room with AC and it was very powerful and effective. The apartment was super clean and filled with the fine details. The team was very nice and helpful. The way of their approach to us made us feel at home and safe. We found out many special areas through the local suggestions of them. All in all it was a very satisfying accomodation..

Positive: The locations was great. The hotel is on a silent and a very historical street. All around there are picturesque historical builduings. It is very easy to connect public transportation and the longest trip takes about 15 min. It is even possible to walk to the main sights. I could find easily what I need, there are many shops and markets around. This area belongs to byzantine empire times, I discovered many hidden beautiful sights in the neighrborhood..

الإيجابية: انا أخترت ان اسكن في بيت تقليدي. حيث انها كانت ليلة واحدة فقط ، وكذلك جميع اللوازم متوفرة ، من ادوات مطبخ وغسالة. السلبية: المكان توجد به رائحة ضيق ولا يوجد تكييف.
