They promise one thing but then lie about it and do not keep their words. the hotel is to be newly renovated but everything is a jerry build. a lot of noise comes into the room. you hear everything. when someone on the same floor closes their door, you hear a lot and you wake up. the breakfast was badVery bad service. Try to steal money from me when taxi arrives. we agreed on a price for a taxi 200 TL suddenly the hotel staff says that the taxi wants 250. when I talk to the driver later he says that the staff at the hotel tried to take 50 TL for themselves. i only paid 200 .unreliable staff. beware your money!!

Nous y sommes venus uniquement pour le spa. La prestation fut vraiment décevante. Le massage était désagréable, nous avions hâte qu il se termine, ce qui est un comble pour un moment supposé de détente. J ai dû demander à la masseuse de se relaxer car c était à la limite du douloureux. Malgré une masseuse différente, mon compagnon a ressenti les mêmes désagréments.Ne parlons pas du sauna et du hammam que l on vous fait faire à la hâte et sans aucune détente toujours.Nous en resterons là, avec la conviction de ne plus y revenir.
