İşim gereği sürekli otellerde konaklama yapıyorum. Ömrü hayatımda kaldığım en kötü otel diyebilirim. Personelin dünyadan haberi yok. Yaptıkları işten baktıkları her hallerinden belli. Sizi başından savmak için yapmayacakları şey yok. Odaların hepsi sorunlu. Kiminde havalandırma ses yapar, kiminde TV bozuk olur, kimi temizlenmemiştir leş gibi odada kendinizi bulursunuz. Aile pansiyonunda kalın bu kadar sorun yaşamazsınız. Otelden çıkmadım bildiğiniz kaçtım.

Otel temiz ancak personeller ilgili değil. Bir ihtiyacınız olduğunda resepsiyonu aradığınızda tamam demelerine rağmen yardımcı olmuyorlar. Bazı günler odanız temizlenmiyor.

Crown Hotel is one of the well-known hotels in Istanbul. In the middle of Lale Street. The commercial center for clothing and retail stores in the collection. For all countries, the market is frequented by all citizens of countries for shopping, which requires a luxurious residence and close to the work center. Transportation lines are available from the hotel, several meters away. The hotel is in the middle of a shopping center that gives the impression that you are part of the market. İstanbul seyahatimizde konakladık. Gayet güzel bir hafta geçirdik. Otel yogun ancak personel ilgili ve yardımsever. Odalar, genel alanlar tertemiz. Giriş günü tüm samimiyetiyle bize yardımcı olan, Kıvanç Beye ve konaklamamız boyunca her konuda bizimle ilgilenen, güleryüzlü Rukiye Hanıma özellikle teşekkür ederiz.

Çok iyi bir ihg oteli. Muhteşem kahvaltı muhteşem servis. Başta Genel Müdür Seçil Hanım, tüm ekibe Tebrikler.

Süper accueil, ama bi ricam olacak camları değiştirin çok soğuk geliyor, bide televizyon son senesini yaşıyor. Teşekkür ediyoruz servis için, bide güler yüzünüze

Yoğunluktan bazı eksikleri var ancak temiz ve ilgili bir otel. Mutfak kısmında açisindan garsonuna kadar hepsi mükemmeller. Özellikle Arzu Doğanay hanım her krizi kriz olmadan önleyebilen güler yüzlü ve çalışkan birisi. Teşekkürler

Yeri İstanbulu yururerek gezmek isteyenler için harika. Odalar biraz küçük ama dekorasyonu güzel.

Misafir ziyaretine gittiğimde Resepsyon hiç ilgilenmedi, odayı aramalarını rica ettim siz arayın cevabını aldım. Yukarı çıkmanız yasak dediler ve peşime adam takıp arkadaşım ile sohbet ederken sürekli gidip geldiler. Çok acayip gerçekten. Otel beş yıldızlı olabilir lakin çalışanlar ve sistem kötü.

Konumu ve güzelliği ile cezbeden harika bir yer ben çok memnun kaldım her şeyiyle. genelde burayı tavsiye ediyorum siz de memnun kalıcaksınız. Manzarası çok güzel iç mekan tasarımını da çook beğendim.

Check in was slow but room was well appointed. Problem with checkout. I waited 30 min but still could not check out. Waled from concierge had taken care of the transportation back to airport and he told me he would checkout for me otherwise we would have been late to airport. He deserves a recommendation for his service. Normally as a spire elite I have checkin and checkout separately from the general public. It seemed only one person from the 4 behind the counter was really able to take care of the guests. This is the one major improvement you can make to make the guest experience perfect.I loved the hotel lobby

Very good location, we got upgraded to quite suite at the back part of hotel away from the noises at lobby area. Room is older style decor, spacious and nice. Elevator was broken twice, good thing there is service elevator nearby. Hotel entrance first section only have stairs and do not have a slope for pulling suitcases. Difficult to bring up/ down suitcases. Bellman was not fast enough to help. Overall people are friendly, helpful. Daily supplies of fresh fruits and nuts snack. Location is very good, near a lot of shopping but not too much choices for eating. Near tram route, easily going to different areas. For such a beautiful high end hotel, towels are so old and worn out, need new ones. Enjoyed our stay will definitely recommend to others.

Hôtel très bien situé proche du grand bazar en centre-ville et près du tramway.Excellent petit déjeuner continental varié et un jus d’orange très bon. Un grand merci à Doğan toujours très courtois et au petit soin juste avec vous.Literie confortable et ameublement simple et fonctionnel.Nous avons été surclassés avec une suite junior pour manque de chambre Deluxe et tout était parfait. Tout le personnel est au petit soin avec la clientèle, à la réception comme au petit déjeuner mais certains clients orientaux les snobent et abusent de leurs disponibilités malheureusement en se montrant arrogant. J’y retournerai avec plaisir, le cadre, l’endroit, le service et leurs disponibilités sont sans égal.Merci à vous.Tout était parfait

I used the salon service and Alia was very very welcoming and very kind. She did a very good job on my nails and was very lovely to talk to. She made sure I was comfortable and was okay with everything. I would definitely come back here.

I guess the short title here tells all. The hotel lies in great location close to the Grand Bazaar, T1 as well as M2 Metro stations. The hotel layout with the 4 blocks and the covered alley has great atmosphere. Clean room, bathroom and excellent breakfast. They also offer great travel service.I had the pleasure working with Nour El-Din who put together excellent travel trip and arranged all land and flight transportation, hot air balloon, and meals with a great tour guide.The staff greeted every morning with the welcoming smile of Semra Vural at Guest Relations and made sure we had comfortable stay and lead us to excellent breakfast buffet.I would recommend the Crowne Plaza Old City and definitely plan to stay there in my next visit to Istanbul.THANK YOU

The area where the hotel is located has deteriorated, and dinning options are limited. The hotel is generally well maintained but my wife briefly experienced being stuck in a dark elevator. The hotel offers a nice breakfast but dining options are limited. Shopping options are good nearby, other than dining. The hotel did arrange for some off site dining options through the concierge but you must ask. The near by Mosque lets you know morning has arrived, but in Istanbul I doubt you can escape that issue. It is unfortunate that I cannot recommend this hotel. I do believe they are trying their best given the economic conditions of the country. I can say that overall I felt save coming and going from the hotel, and have no reason to blame the hotel staff for lack of a recomendation. The spa experience at the hotel was very nice, while more westernized and not Turkish Bath authentic, but that can be a good thing.

We had a lovely experience at the hotel. Location is ideal for the main sights and close to public transport. Rooms and bed was particularly comfortable. Staff and cleaners were very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to our cleaner Kamal who was extremely helpful throughout our stay!

Very good location, many shops and restaurants nearby, tram station even, in front of the hotel. The hotel is clean, nice, rich breakfast, ok internet, very friendly, helpful and professional staff. It is about 10 minutes walk to the big bazaar and 20 minutes to the blue mosque. The transfer to / from the airport was arranged by our hotel, for 50 euros 4 people, with a Mercedes van - which was convenient and efficient.The stars of many hotels in turkey are not similar to european ones, so maybe the reality is not always as expected. This hotel is quite up to European standards, but I noticed a few things that can be improved. Examples: waiting time at check-in is very long, most likely due to software that does not respond so quickly to staff requests (we waited almost half an hour for check in) / there is no toilet brush in the bathroom - which can sometimes be extremely unpleasant :) / the minibar was empty, which I find unacceptable in a five star hotel / at breakfast in two days the personal seemed overwhelmed by the situation - although it was crowded, there were tables that were unclean for 20 minutes ... I repeat, the hotel is ok - if I have the opportunity I will come back or recommend it - but its a pitty that these small minuses should not be solved

CP old town is on walking distance from major Istanbul attractions such as Aya Sofia, Blue mosque, Top Kapi Palace and grand bazar. The tram station is on a 2 minute walk. Its a very old hotel designed by a very famous architect Kemalittin bey. Overall the experience was good However some improvements are needed. More staff should be placed at front desk to handle the checkins as Istanbul is a busy tourist destination. No dedicated desk for IHG members was something I didnt expect Food was good but can be improved further. Club lounge was better than many CP lounges. However the staff attitude at club lounge was very ordinary. Internet was pathetic. It simply doesnt work

As a woman traveling alone I felt very safe and well looked after at this hotel, thanks to the staff.My guide for the walking city tour, Burak kucukoglu, was very professional and extremely knowledble. Thanks Burak!The Head Conceirge was so helpful booking me a ride to the airport and organizing my pcr test right at the hotel, and so friendly! thank you Waled Alrajab10/10 highly recommend.

The hotel staff was great. Very accommodating.. Staff was friendly and professional and provided professional services. Very good location - close to mass transit and the historical sites. Breakfast offered at hotel was great -- excellent coffee. Would recommend this hotel for future visits to Istanbul.

Плохое отношение персонала ресепшна к вопросам гостей: два дня просил халат для хамам, дали на третий день, при заезде был тюбик использованного шампуня, крышка унитаза сломана, дверь в ванную комнату не закрывалась, два дня полотенце для рук вместо двух штук, давали одно, хотя в номере проживали два человека!Хорошее и внимательное отношение персонала завтрака, организован безопасно, ассортимент нормальный, качественный!Расположение отеля удобное, близко к историческим местам!

Worst IHG hotel I stayed so far. I will still use IHG properties but not this one.. my preference clearly shows I prefer non smoking floor and I was put in a snaking floor. Made my sleep and stay miserable. Front desk folks didn’t care. I waited 15 min trying to check out while my taxi was waiting. I had to leave the keys at the front desk so I am not late for my flight

The hotel is close to everything. The service it top and their rooms are very confortable. All the services at the hotel are functional, including the breakfast. The staff goes above and beyond to help you with everything. Concierge and front desk staff are amazing.

I had a great experience with the concierge, Waled Alrajab. He was very helpful and even showed me how to buy subway tickets from the machine ( which is impossible to understand). He helped me organize daily trips and was very knowledgable. Mr. Alajab gets an A from me!

The hotel is right by a mosque so it’s noisy starting at 5AM prayers. Some parts of the hotel have little to no functioning air conditioning. Crowded hotel. The area of old city is very crowded and busy. We had a lot of trouble with the taxis. Few drivers spoke any English. Heavy traffic to go through. Hotel staff Waled Alrajab was a very kind, thoughtful, intelligent and helpful person. Without him I honestly would not have been able to navigate Istanbul. He went above and beyond to help us during our stay. I’m eternally grateful to him for his service and help. He’s a treasure for that hotel.

The location was very good the hotel was clean and also the rooms. The staff were very polite and helpfull. The only thing which might be helpfull if there was more to choose on the restaurant menu and a better quality.

I have stayed at several Crowne Plaza properties worldwide but have never experienced such poor service as I have seen at Crowne Plaza Old City Istanbul. The front desk staff are rude, unhelpful and think they are doing us a favour. When I approached the lady at the front desk for check in, she asked me to have a seat. I was seated for about an hour and she did not check me in. During this time she checked several others in. When I asked her about it, she did not even apologize and ultimately the manager had to come and sort things out. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had the best experience of my life, big thanks to the Breakfast and chef team specially Semra from the guest relation for making this happen. I will definitely be back! The staff at check in needs to be more professional and helpful.

As a spire elite, I can honestly say that I have never been looked after as much as I have at this Crowne Plaza. I was upgraded, received lounge access and felt like their priority. Id highly recommend lounge access includes a dinner off a menu (have rarely seen this at IHG properties). After a shaky start with the front desk staff, they managed to turn things around for me. Highly recommended.

An old hotel with a young excellent spirited managing team, if you enjoy the busy shopping bee life of Istanbul, want to feel that extra home care - nothing beats this hotel experience. I don’t usually remember names unless they are ones that have to be mentioned. Meret and managing team, ilgin dukoz super lead, Ayberk, rating you with a 5 star all across for your care and speed and attention to detail. I have seen you early mornings and late nights when at counters - you are kind of managers that should be role models to other ihg group of hotels ! Bravo

One of the worst experience among all IHG properties i have stayed at; there is a long line and there was only one person at the counter.I waited for more than 15 min to check out and i finally gave up and left my keys at the counter as my taxi was waiting.

Отель расположен очень удобно, рядом метро и трамвай, в пешей доступности главные достопримечательности Стамбула. Сам отель оставляет благоприятные впечатления. Хороший завтрак, персонал ресторана проявляет заботу и внимание. На рецепшене все вопросы решались оперативно.Из минусов: в номере нестабильно работает WI-FI и рано утром будит стуками в дверь уборщик(мужчина) номера;

We organised a boat trip with the guy in the hotel 35 euros each for the Monday morning at 8 the bus came at 825 and took us to a bazaar where we were the day before and then to the port to tell us the boat was cancelled which you could see it was a bad day....was taken to a carpet place and then we had to walk back to hotel in the rain not happy with that...told the story to the guy in hotel booked it with he couldt care less .... not good enough.

При заезде номер был выдан в 16:00 часа, а не в заявленные 14:00. Регистрация работает очень медленно. В номере чисто, но ванная в ужасном состоянии не хватает принадлежностей для ванны. В номере не хватало халатов попросил в регистрации так и не принесли пока лично не попросил у уборщицы номеров. Было чувство что они пытаются на всём экономить. Элементарные вещи как стаканы 2 раза просил так и не дали. Завтрак средний не по уровню отеля. Скорее всего подойдет 3 звездам.
