Oda buz gibiydi, klimadan sadece soğuk hava geliyor, dereceyi yükseltseniz bile, 3 kere rica dan sonra dandik bir isitici geldi. Service ukala ve dediklerini hic takmiyor.

Şehir merkezinde tercih edilebilecek bütçeye uygun bir otel. İki defa konaklama şansım oldu ve bir problem yaşamadım. Akaretler caddesi üzerinde kalıyor ve hem Beşiktaş merkeze hemde Şişli tarafına yakın bir konumda. İş konaklamaları için tercih edilebilir.

Fiyat kalite düşünülürse bence çok fiyatına göre çok kötü. Odalar küçük banyo giriş kısmında kapı yok WC den veya banyodan çıktığınız an odadaki sizi görebiliyor. (eşiniz sevgilinizle gittiğinizde sorun olmaz ama iş toplantı konaklamalarında güzel bir durum değil.) Kahvaltı çok vasat bir tek konum idare eder. Ama kahvaltı salonunda çalışan arkadaşlar inanılmaz yardım sever ve güler yüzlü kahvaltının açığını onlarla kapatıyorlar.

Konumu itibariyle mükemmel bir otel; ayrıca odaların temizliği, personelin cana yakınlığı da dikkat çekici. Odalar yeterli büyüklükte ve özellikle havlu ve çarşaflar tertemiz. Bu otelin Google üzerinde düşük puanlarda kalmasını anlamak güç. Yorumların arasındaki olumsuz ve kötüleyici cümleler gerçekten yersiz. Gönül rahatlığıyla gelinip kalınabilecek bir otel. Otelin önünde 3-4 aracın sığabileceği bir park yeri mevcut. Bir şehir otelinden beklediğinizi fazlasıyla verecektir.

Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde Beşiktaş sahiline ve Nisantasina çok yakın Akaretlerin içinde. Odaları çok büyük değil standart bir şehir oteli. Kahvaltısı standart kahvaltı personel ilgili guler yüzlü. Akşam yemeği için indigimzde kimseyi bulamadık tek sorun oydu

Daha önceki yorumlarda bahsedilen kliması her nasıl oluyorsa ve ne tür bir hizmet standartları varsa hala bozuk (veya çalıştırılmıyor) olan, ilkel, riskli ve verimsiz bir şekilde sizi elektrikli radyatörle ısıtmaya çalışmakta beis görmeyen Marriott standartlarına pek uymadığını düşündüğüm otel. Her nasılsa otelde geceleri derdinizi dinleyecek nöbetçi bir yönetici de yokmuş.The hotels HVAC standards are absolutely not suitable for the Marriott standards as seen on the photo. They tried to warm up the room with an electric heater in a primitive, risky and inefficient way.Somehow the hotel doesnt have a manager on duty for the nights to ask for a solution to your problems with the room.

Her şey o kadar pahalı ki resepsiyonist hiçbir konuda uyarmayıp habire para geçirme derdinde belboy yok vale yok kimse çantalara bile yardımcı olmuyor kahvaltı dahil diye anlaştık fakat sonradan kahvaltı dahil değil diyerek daha fazla para istiyorlar tam bir para tuzağı hiçbir şey dahil değil

AC hotel bölgedeki kaliteli otellerden fiyat performansa bakıldığımda gerçekten fazlasıyla hak ediyor. Yatak, duş, oda konforu harika. Yanlız ufak tefek eksikleri var eğer çok titizseniz ufak ayrıntılara takılabilirsiniz. Bunlar bardakların içi tozlu, kaşık pis ve lavabo da kir bulunuyordu. Diğer otellerde olmayan oda da bornoz olması terliklerin havlu ve kalın olması son derece güzeldi. Şampuanın kokusu çok güzel değil değiştirilebilir. Hepsine genel bakıldığın da otel çok iyi rahatlıkla kalabilirsiniz 5 dk. Da Beşiktaş iskelesine gidebiliyorsunuz. Çalışanlar ilgili ve nazik.

Şuan konakliyorum bu hotelde. Yer olarak 10/10 Nisantaşının güzel butikleri bir tarafında..Besiktas ın eğlenceli çarşısı yakında. Dibinde cafe, pub vs ler var rahatsiz etmeyecek sekilde. Hotel e gelince çalışanlar 10/10 , temizlik 10/10, oda güzel ve yeterli .yemek ve kahvaltı kullanmadim ben sonucta İstanbul disarida okadar güzel yerler dururken :))

Eğer İstanbulda konaklamanız gerekirse kesinlikle tercih etmeniz gereken bir otel. Personeller son derece kibar ve güler yüzlü. Otelin konumu harika, oda servisi çok hızlı. Oda gayet temiz ve ferah.

Otel konum olarak guzel fakat ilk gittigimde temizlik konusunda pek memnun kalmadım. Birde otelde konaklayanlar ciddi ses yaptığında odanızda bu sesleri duyabiliyorsunuz. Resepsiyon yardımcı olsa dahi rahatınız kaçmış oluyor.

Fiyatlar iyi, odalar ufak, koku var, klimalar kışın acayip ses yapıyor, uyuyamıyorsunuz. Ayıca ısıtma fonksiyonları çok kötü. Kahvaltı güzel. Toplamda maalesef üç yıldızı geçmez.

Restaurant mevcut, allkollü içecek seçenekleride mevcut. Müdürden, şefine ve çalışanlara kadar güler yüzlü ve iyi iletişim kuran çok şeker insanlar. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkür ederim.

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable bed; my room had a balcony and a beautiful Bosphorus view. Room was small so it was tight to work or attend virtual meetings. I had another larger room option but compromised for the smaller one because of the view; Lots of nice restaurants, cafes, and parks around the area; overall, I loved the location.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der zentralen und strategischen Lage (Besiktas, Akaretler und Nisantasi) gebucht. Check-In:Als Platin Member haben wir einen Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite sowie ein Verzehrguthaben in Höhe von 20$ täglich erhalten. Late-Check-Out haben wir nicht angefragt und auch nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Rechnung wurde auf Wunsch ausgedruckt und die Punkte korrekt und zeitnah gutgeschrieben. Zimmer:Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt und war in den Innenhof ausgerichtet. Vorteil: es war sehr ruhig. Nachteil: direkt unter unserem Zimmer ist die Terrasse des Frühstückraums wo auch geraucht werden kann. Dies führte morgens bei gekippten Fenstern zu etwas lärm und Rauchbelästigung. Das war auch der einzige Kritikpunkt zu unserem Aufenthalt. Verbesserungsvorschlag: Duschgel, etc. sind mit einem Alusiegel versiegelt. Das öffnen fällt nicht immer einfach. Ggf. darauf verzichten, wenn möglich.Gastronomie/Frühstück:Gastronomisch haben wir Frühstück im Zimmer (1x), Frühstück im Saal (1x) und a la Carte (3x) bestellt. Alle Speisen waren von guter Qualität, die Auswahl klein aber ausreichend. Der Cay (türkischer Schwarztee) war frisch und lecker. Das Personal sehr professionell und zuvorkommend. Hiermit möchten wir einen besonderen Lob an das Team an der Bar und der Gastronomie aussprechen. Zusammengefasst können wir das Hotel für einen Kurztrip 1-3 Tage empfehlen.

Location is really good! Quite upscale neighborhood… Restaurants and Cafés are accessible within a walking distance. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are friendly.

Bar, Maintenance and Restaurant Staff are great! The staff at the front desk, the check in people are meh!! Just average. Room which is considered a “suite” has NOTHING closed to what a suite should be. Rooms every now and then get this whiff of sewage and makes the entire room smell like poop. They have to do better with making sure the bathrooms are not exposed. Our bathroom was right next to the bed, literally. I would get up from bed and already be next to the toilet without taking any steps. I wish I had booked a different room, the suites are more like a NYC shoebox apartment. Will not stay here again. Not to forget that I was denied one of my daily credits as a titanium member, because I “checked out early” we checked out at 3am because our flight was at 6am, but we still paid for our entire stay, so not sure why the front desk staff said I don’t get my 5th credit because I was checking out “early” THEN WHERE IS MY REFUND FOR THE LAST NIGHT? Since to them I checked out “early”. There are other Marriotts in the area, stay there instead, the AC Macka is trash.

Great location next to excellent dining, supplies and opportunities to be a tourist. Complaints was that the in-room freezer was not capable of keeping ice-pack cooled, no ice available without calling room service, and no in-room microwave (I wanted to re-heat food from restaurants, but fortunately the hotel restaurant was able to do that for me although it was awkward to make such a a request.)

Staying at the AC Hotel Macka Istanbul was very nice the environment was very pleasant and the staff were extremely friendly especially Mr.Berk he was very kind, welcoming, supportive and helpful. He was always there when we needed any help with anything and this made our stay much more pleasant and welcoming.

For the last 15 years, I have been to Istanbul twice or more times a year for business purposes. I stayed in many places, had many experiences. Started staying at the AC Macka because of its great location. I cannot stay in any other place. The staff is very nice and they try their best to make me or anyone feel at home.

The hotel is clean, the bed is comfortable, it is quite and the location is good, however the services was not very good, also, the electric kettle and iron were not available in the room, one has to ask for it to be brought to the room. The service desk response was slow.

Las habitaciones muy espaciosas, limpias y el aseo tenía separada la ducha del inodoro , lo que es muy práctico. También hay albornoces y zapatillas en la habitación, además de caja fuerte. El hotel tiene zona de spa, actualmente cerrada por el coronavirus. Tenía a disposición de los clientes en la entrada y en cada planta, mascarillas y desinfectante. Casi todo el personal guardaba las medidas de seguridad para prevenir el contagio.

Decent hotel that meets your needs. Wall are thin. Don’t expect sleep if you have noisy neighbors. Staff speak limited English and cannot give local advice.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The location is good with nearby cafes and restaurants.There is a supermarket right opposite the hotel.Migros a bigger supermarket is located within 3 mins of walking. Taksim Square is about 1.5kms. We had 2 rooms which were allotted opposite to each other. The rooms are well equipped with all luxury amenities. I found the tea/coffee selections very nice.The bathroom is divided into 3 parts sink toilet and shower. Because of this the shower cabinet gets a bit tight getting in and out. Otherwise the facilities were very good. The toilet had a bum shower which is not available in hotels in western countries. This was a surprise and very useful. The lobby area is very spacious with a lot of seating. Reception is small though. There is a library and a gym as well.Overall a very good hotel for families.The staff were great all my requests were honoured and the response times were quick. I would like to state my appreciation to the house keeping staff who did a great job every day of our stay.

My personal overall rating for this hotel is very good. Their food, employees, room, hallway was all good. Their location is EXCELLENT, it was close to everything and that saved a lot in taxi fares! Also, it’s in an amazing walking area where it’s filled with culture and ease access to pharmacy, supermarket, fancy restaurants, historic monuments, university and school.. etc The staff will help you get a cab and tell them where you want to go (because literally no one knows English..) they will help you order, give you directions, give you suggestions to places... etc. they are very reliable and trust worthy. Loved my stay there, definitely would recommend it to my family & friends and not my last time there

We used points to redeems our stay at the AC Hotel Instanbul Macka. We were surprised at how high quality the hotel was because the point redemption seemed to be a very good deal. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. Staff were all very friendly. Its maybe a 10 minute walk from the tram/street car thatll take you to all the popular tourist places. But the hotel itself is located in a fun area and maybe 15-20 minute walk from Taksim Square. We enjoyed not being right in the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but we were close enough for this hotel to still be convenient. The neighborhood itself is clean and has plenty of restaurants and bars. Wed stay here again.

Good hotel in good location away from touristic area, but rooms are small and value for money is not the best. Staff are so good and friendly.

First the breakfast it’s horrible specially to pay 10 euros . second the lady came inside my room to check the mini bar while i was sleeping. i ask for a blanket they never bring me one .

I think they need to have more restricts law for social distancing and corona related events! Most of the hotel guest were not wearing mask and I asked the reception multiple time to ask them to wear their masks but they did not take me seriously. Such a shame!

Upon check in we had a slight deviation in our reservation. The staff team made it all right in no time. Everyone was helpful, from making dinner reservations, helping in the best means of transportation and anything we asked. The hotel is clean and within walking distance from ferries and (15 minutes) from tram and metro. We enjoyed it very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at AC Hotel Istanbul Macka as a family. Actually, a great location for catching the Ferry at Besiktas... and within a reasonable walking distance to Taksim Square, Military Museum and higher end shopping. Most of all we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, I highly recommend it. Great staff, very helpful and welcoming... Nice barber across the street as well as a small market place and quaint restaurants next to hotel. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative is the temperature control in the rooms does not function well, but we opened the windows and enjoyed the fresh air.

This was my first AC Hotel stay and my first in Beskitas. I was really pleased by the thoughtfully-designed public and private spaces. My room overlooked the street and yet was quiet. The HVAC system also was quiet and very effective. The bed was comfortable and the staff professional. This is definitely going to be my go-to hotel when in Istanbul.

I had easy, smooth and early check-in, thanks to the front desk staff whom understand that its been raining and I arrived unpleasantly wet. When I was about to head out, again the same female front desk staff offered me the hotels umbrella.As i was out, I realised one of my gloves was missing and its freezing cold walking to the Palace in the rain with bare hand holding the umbrella and thankfully, when I returned the front desk staff had kept my missing glove. So big thanks to them.Unlike other hotels, theres no Welcome drink or snacks/cookies but the overall stay was excellent. Most importantly comfy bed, clean and functional shower and chic layout.

If AC hotels are not bound to give benefits to elite members ( as told by manager), why AC hotels are in Marriott group and customers become fool by booking in AC chain.i was there with my family and booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. i got embarassed in front of my family due to non availability facilities which i always get in marriott hotels.you can see that even in these pandamic days i have stayed .72 nights in marriott hotels in 7 months of this year also i have stayed 8 nights ( 2 rooms x 4 nights), only 3 nights are added towards my status please check

I like the hotel and the hotel staff. the area is great which is close to everything. just the breakfast need some improvement and it is not worth the money added for the breakfast.I did not like that 2 days after checkout that they sent me an email saying the mirror of wardrobe is brooking and the can not rent the room and i have to do something about it. where i do not know where this comes from and they want me to be responsible for it. if that happen in my stay how it is not been noticed until 2 days late !!that is the only thing that really make me feel angrey and erased all the good experience i had in the hotel ( i felt cheated).

My sister and I stayed 5 nights at the AC Istanbul Macka hotel, the location of the hotel is perfect for getting around, close to the Big Bus hop on hop off stop, walking distance to the tram and ferry station. Lots of shopping and restaurants close to the hotel. It is quite a walk up the hill to get to the hotel but we made it fun by stopping at one of the restaurants for a drink halfway up. The hotel personnel is very friendly and helpful especially Okan at the front desk and Nelisah in the dining room. Our junior suite was very comfortable, the breakfast buffet delicious and we had a great time at the hotel. Thank you for a great stay!

Good location. No benefits from the Marriot bonvoy membership whatsoever - no lounge, no breakfast included or anything. Guests baggage is scanned on the hotel entrance every time you get in the hotel, which could get annoying. AC was turned off the first couple of days of my stay (ironically the hotel has an AC in its name...) but they turned it on at some point. There was no ventilation, so the bathroom smelled like mold. Bathroom and toilet were practically in the same room and separated by insuficcient glass doors, so you could very well hear when the toilet is being used. Carpet in the hallways had a bad smell. Ceiling was about 20 cm above my head and the room was quite small. I found that for the same price you can get a large, fully furnished apartment accross the street.

Our four night stay was fairly decent, staff is good but not well trained and uninformed about local area or events, especially road closures, etc. Location is very good, rooms are small but well configured and overall hotel is very clean. Lobby very small, dark and not appealing. Restaurant looked good, not much guest activity....under utilized. Lobby and restaurant should be combined for better ambiance.

If you want to be at a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location, consider the AC Hotel Istanbul Macka. Very stylish boutique style hotel with excellent service. Breakfast was wonderful and the bar tender is super attentive. The staff from the dining room to the front desk to housekeeping were excellent (and I dont use the word excellent lightly). This is right in the middle of everything- very cool and trendy cafes, restaurants, and shopping.

I usually stay in luxury 5-star hotels but I might start to rethink my stays if all AC Marriot has the same quality as this hotel, amazing service, good location stunning sea view, bargain prices

Hotel location and staff are impeccable. My husband and I use to stay at the Conrad when visiting Istanbul but now prefer the AC Hotel.

Enjoyed the location because of all the shops, restaurants and cafes around it, however if going to visit the historic sites and main attractions I would not stay there. traffic can be brutal, specially if there is a soccer game on or something like that. But definitely extremely good value.

The hotel provides the minimum comfort as it should be for this level of hotels. There is nothing that makes it out of ordinary or outstanding.

Without a doupt I recommend this hotel. My room was standard room without balcony, in normal condition I love to have bigger rooms. But the hotel is very clean, interior design was modern. Check-in, check-out very smooth. The staff of the hotel is fantastic, very helpful and attentive.. Service is so fast.. Location is very convenient.. I will certainly go back to this hotel for my next visit.. Special thanks goes to Okan Gunduz Front Office Manager...

The entire team at the AC Hotel Istanbul Macka was amazing, from the reception desk to the breakfast staff. A few people who helped us continuously during our stay were Melih, Berkay, Ugur, and Ekrem. Melih was a great help during our entire stay as he resolved any issues we had right away as well as helped us to navigate our way through Istanbul. Berkay and Ekrem were both very helpful as well; every day we would come back to the hotel with loads of bags and these gentlemen would aid us in bringing them to our rooms. Serpil from housekeeping also did a fantastic job with keeping our rooms spotless every day. Overall, the staff at the AC Hotel Istanbul Macka played a huge role in making us feel right at home with their quick and friendly customer service. We will definitely recommend this location to others as well because of its exceptional service.

We loved the AC Hotel Istanbul Macka. The hotel was perfectly located between the shopping of Nişantaşi and the restaurants and nightlife of Beşiktaş, with about a 15 minute walk to the T1 tram or the funicular to Taksim Square (be aware that the hotel is on a hill). The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly with recommendations and calling taxis. The rooms were a comfortable size and well appointed. My only complaint is the bathroom layout, as I would have preferred more privacy than the opaque glass door to the toilet and shower (this was not really an issue for my wife and me, but could be a problem if sharing the room with a friend or business associate). Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

This stylish yet cozy and comfortable hotel offers great customer service. The location is excellent, conveniently located within minutes from the water, transportation, plenty of food venues and cute modern cafes/bars. Suitable for all ages. Will continue to stay here in future visits.

Rooms were new and modern. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable and perfect for a good nights sleep. You could choose pillows from the menu which we did not need. Breakfast is very basic but gives you a good jump start to the day. i would suggest breakfast in the nearby cafes if time is not an issue and you dont have breakfast included in your room rate. Property is a 15 minute walk from the Kabatas tram station to get to Sultanahmet side (15-20 minute ride). The neighborhood was very nice with plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from and the upscale shopping street a short walk away. Not touristy at all which was great for us. Domahbace was a 10 minute walk and very convenient. There is a superstore across the street and a pharmacy a stones throw away. Property seemed busy because as a platinum member I did not get an upgrade upon checking in which was disappointing.

I love AC Maçka all the time , location very conviennce stuff are very nice the only feedback I can give to them to increase the working hours in Resturant similar to other hotels as there is lock down in city and only hotel Resturant is the only open places

My girlfriend and I were in Istanbul for a wedding and stayed here and loved it. The hotel was sleek and modern, and its location was great, near the Bosphorus and a short walk to the Besiktas fish market and the metro/ tram/ funicular.Above all else, the service was phenomenal. I forgot the studs to my tuxedo shirt, and Hanifi, the bellman, went truly above and beyond to help me find new ones. Hanifi spent an hour with me, walking me to multiple shops and translating from Turkish to English for me. Hanifi wouldnt give up until we found them. I have never encountered such willing and exceptional service at any other hotel where Ive stayed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral. Alle Sehenswürdigkeit sind durch kurzen Tripp sehr gut erreichbar. Macka selber hat auch sehr gute bars/pubs etc. um am Abend vor der Türe auch was zu trinken gehen etc. Lage/Standort sehr gut.
