Otel çok iyide oraya giderken trafik sorununu gözönünde bulundurun . Yeni açılan avm ve otele giderken yolda yapılan düzenlemeden dolayı trafik ve park sorunu çok oluyor . Ayrıca bölgedeki tadilat ve yenileme yüzünden sürekli toz toprak mevcut.

Eski bir HAN binasını ronove edip otel yapılmış. Odalarda pencere hanın içine bakıyor. Otopark yok vale hizmeti adı altında günlük 50 TL alıyorlar. Otele arabayla ulaşım işkence. Ama roof restorantı ve boğaz manzaralı teras muhteşem

Otel güzel ve sakin, yiyecekler ve kokteyller vasat, o fiyata değmez. O segmentte bir otelin daha özgün ve başarılı yemekler yapması lazım. Rooftop, toplantı odası ve barın konumu, manzarası ve ferahlığı çok iyi

Galataport işlerini yaparken bu otel ile tanıştık 🙂 iyi yönleri, personel çok ilgili ve kibar, odalar tertemiz ve düzenli. Kötü yünü ciddi otopark sıkıntısı var fakat valelerle çözmeye çalışıyorlar (aracınızı otopark yerine sokağa parkederek) ayrıca gereksiz pahalı. Personel alakası ve vale hizmeti 5 yıldız

Otelin kendisiyle ilgili değil ama roof top işletmesiyle ilgili ciddi sıkıntılar var.Bir kere mekan chill out mekanı ama çalışanlar ( barmen hariç ) kebapçıda çalışsa sırıtmaz.Bu konseptten haberleri yok.Türk müşterilere inanılmaz kaba davranıyorlar ve evet hanımefendi kendi ülkemizde 2.sınıf vatandaşız diyen bir işletme anlayışına sahip.İnanılmaz.Bu günler de geçecek ; inşallah o beğenmediğiniz türk müşterilerin eline muhtaç kalmazsınız ben başka birşey söylemiyorum.Şunu da unutmayın.O bakılan manzara da , o otelin dikildiği alan da TÜRK TOPRAĞI..yani asıl sahibi Türkler...

Otelden yana bir şikayetim yok ancak terasında bulunan Sky Bar için yorum yazacağım. Dünyanın en antipatik ve kasıntı çalışanlarının bulunduğu bir işletme. Rezervasyon almıyoruz dediler ancak gittiğimizde masaların üstünde reserved isimli yazıları gördük. İnsanına göre ayrım ve muamele yapıyorlar. Garsonlar o kadar agresif ki sipariş vermeye korkuyorsunuz. Menü çeşitli denilebilir ancak kokteyllerin kalitesi çok düşük. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Ancak şöyle bir not düşmek gerekir, devamlı gelen bir müşteri olarak farkettiğim yemeklerin lezzetinde düşüş ve kokteyllerin eskiye göre damakta bıraktığı kaliteyi vermemesi.Özet; buraya gelmek için halen geç kalmış değilsiniz, özel anlar bekliyor sizi burada!Not: arabanızı valeye vermenizi tavsiye etmem, tansa İspark var 2 dakika uzaklıkta yürüyerek.

Otelin terasında yer alan Sky Karaköy ‘ün şahane manzarasının tadını, mekanın ukala ve müşteriye nasıl davranılacağını zerre kadar bilmeyen garsonları nedeniyle çıkartamadık,tüm mekan boşken rezerve bahanesiyle istediğimiz hiçbir masaya oturtulmadık, fahiş fiyatlarına rağmen mekanlarına gelen müşteriye gösterdikleri irite edici tavır nedeniyle mekan yönetimine bu konuyu düzeltmeleri konusunda tavsiyede bulunmak istiyorum.böyle güzel bir mekanda bu tarz düşük bir hizmet kalitesi kabul edilebilir değil.

Erkek arkadaşımla 3.yılımızı kutlamak için gittik haftasonu geç bir saatti o saatte bile haftasonu modu bizi gayet güler yüzle karşıladı ilgilendi. Bizimle odaya eşlik eden bellboy Eray bey çok kibardı kendisine teşekkür ederiz. Odayla ilgili tek hoşlanmadığım durum dışarıyı görememekti otelin lobisine bakan odalar var. Penceresini açtığınızda güzel kokular alıyorsunuz. Temizlik ve turn down güzeldi odamızla ilgilenen housekeeping ekibine teşekkür ediyoruz. Ama unutamadigimiz en büyük sey 3.yılımıza özel olarak hazırlanmış kutlama pastamızdı ❤

26 Ocak günü otele giriş yaptım. Olası! ekstra harcamalar için kredi kartımdan 4.000 TL depozito çektiler. Merak etmeyin 2-3 gün içerisinde iade olacak dediler. Bugün 11.gün ve iadem hala gerçekleşmedi. Ne hakla gasp yapar gibi paramı bloke ediyorlar anlamış değilim. Aradığımda bizlik bir şey yok banka yatırmıyor diyorlar. Müşterinin muhatabı banka değil oteldir!.. Güvenilmez bir otel...

Otelde kalmadım ama ön cepheden görüntüsü o kadar çirkin ki? Yanılmıyorsam alt 4-5 kat eski han. Nasıl olurda ek katlar bu kadar çirkin yapılabilir ( aynı biraz ilerideki NOVOTEL gibi) ve Karaköy’ün denizden görüntüsüne bu kadar hainlik yapılabilir???

Zerafetin ve kalitenin her detayından okunabildiği, 2021 itibariyle başka bir Karaköyü hayatımıza katacak liman projesinin öncü incisi, kentli olmama rağmen bilhassa jakuzi teraslı odalarını deneyimlemeyi düşündüğüm, ilk fırsatta ise bar ve restaurantına geleceğim JW Marriott. Şu sıra şehrin en merak uyandıranı ve bu merağı tatmin edebileceği her halinden belli, otel demeye gördüğüm ekibin tatlılığı sebebiyle dilimin varmadığı; muhteşem, cozy bir han.

Karaköyde merkezi konumu sebebi ile ulaşımı kolay. Galataport un tam karşısında olması değerini artırıyor.

The service is excellent. The fitout is superb—it’s a dense area of a very dense city but the hotel and restaurants feel spacious and bright. It’s a breakfast you won’t forget. Shout out to Murat. From check-in to the bar hooking it up by putting our name on the guest lists of local clubs—there’s nothing more I could ask for! I’m coming back!

As a Titanium Elite, I was very happy with my stay and service. The staff was amazing and very hospitable. We felt at home with the best hospitality from the first minute of our welcome in the hotel. The atmosphere is wonderful with a lot of great restaurants right outside the hotel, which feels an extension of the hotel. A special thanks to the team including Erhan, Baris, Mehmet, Derya and others who were very helpful and made us feel at home. They all tried their level best to make our stay comfortable! Thank you again!

We stayed at the JW Marriott Istanbul Bosphorus for 3 nights in August 2021. I am a Marriott Titanium Elite member and we were upgraded to a fantastic corner suite over looking the Bosphorus and the beautiful Istanbul skyline. Everyone at the hotel was super friendly, including everyone at Sky, Octo and Skull & Bones. A big shout out to the fantastic concierge staff at the JWMarriott. They were able to secure various restaurant reservations, including Sunset Bar & Grille, which was sold out while we were there. The location of the hotel is fantastic and is walking distance to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bizarre. The roof top pool and bar offer sweeping views of the Bosphorus and Istanbuls skyline. In addition, it was my partners 50th birthday and they surprised us with a delicious cake.

As an Ambassador level member and using Suite Upgrade for this (so dont know whether they would have upgraded me to Exec suite naturally), the room was phenomenal, as was the view.It is convenient in Karakoy, close to lots of great food/drink amenities, easy walk to all the sights and foods of both Beyoglu and the bazaars and ancient Mosques across the Galata bridge.They really did treat us both well the whole time, and the breakfast buffet experience was amazing and so so tasty.Highly recommend!

Hemos estado varios días en el hotel, con motivo de nuestra luna de miel. La estancia fue buena, la habitación y la cama muy cómodas. El desayuno muy bueno, solamente probamos esa comida. El problema llegó con el trato que recibimos el último día, porque no figuraba en su ordenador que hubiésemos pagado un día más y nos tuvieron un rato esperando. Tuvo que llamar nuestro contacto de la agencia para que lo solucionaran, y tras esa llamada, simplemente nos dieron la llave, sin ninguna disculpa.

Excellent service. Stayed 4 nights. Check in and greeting was nicely handled and very welcoming. Upgraded family to a suite with Bosporus view. Titanium breakfast for 2 was provided to the entire family instead. Very good breakfast buffet options and incredible service. Great gym and also the location. Easy to get a taxi or take a tram from a nearby stop. 15 min walk to the old city from the hotel. Hotel is in an area that is being redesigned as the “modern area”. Quite a bit of construction going on, but that did not bother us. Hats off to the hotel staff and management. Excellent stay.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit, im JW Marriot Istanbul Bosphorus. Der Service ist erstklassig, herzlich und sehr freundlich. Auch mit unserem Zimmer waren wir wirklich sehr zufrieden. Alles war bemerkenswert sauber und technisch einwandfrei. Auf unserer Terrasse befand sich ein Jacuzzi, welcher too gepflegt und sehr sauber war. Die Aussicht auf die wunderschöne Stadt war fabelhaft.Wir waren rund um sehr zufrieden und können dieses wunderschöne Hotel nur bestens weiter empfehlen.Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal, für den erstklassigen Service und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft.

This is a great hotel for your first trip to Istanbul. It is within walking distance of the Sultanahmet and its famous attractions, but it is also very near public transportation. The staff is incredibly dedicated, diligent, and helpful to ensure that you have an amazing trip to this beautiful city. They were always willing to provide recommendations or information to us throughout our stay. The rooms are beautifully decorated while also being functional and comfortable. The shower water pressure is among the very best Ive had. My only regret is not making it to the spa (how did we miss that?!) on this particular trip. Breakfast is delicious and certainly worth checking out, if not just for the view. Octo is wonderful as well, especially for sunset and evening views.This is an absolutely lovely hotel in every respect and the neighborhood around it has many delicious restaurants. Its a nice respite from the more frantic areas of Istanbul.

The hotel was just recently opened and is beautifully done to the finest details. An amazing representation of the JW brand, this hotel stands at a prime location and still the best part of our short stay was the staff, who had not failed to go the extra mile for guests and showing what a 5 star hotel service is about. It made me incredibly happy about my choice to stay here, and definitely look forward to visiting more in the future and enjoying all the amenities, such as the Spa and the rooftop bar.

The hotel is very well located near the Bosphorus. Tons of great restaurants next to the hotel. Easy access to the tram and touristy areas. When I come back, I would stay at JW Marriott again. The staff is very courteous and welcoming. 5 star hotel!!!

This hotel is conveniently located to walk around… currently the surroundings are under construction for the new Cruise Terminal.9Th Floor restaurant has amazing views, breakfast is very good. The Spa is well equipped for a small facility. Everything is brand new.

We had the most amazing stay! The staff were beyond phenomenal. We had to go to a wedding and they made us a step by Step guide which made sure we got tents and back and have a fabulous evening! Thank you!

The hotel is in the heart of Karakoy, which is one the most vibrant neighborhoods in Istanbul. Our stay was short, but everything has met our expectation. The room is very clean. Due to Covid, some of the facilities at the hotel is not open but you can find many food and drink options just right outside of the hotel. Overall, we recommend staying at JW.

Hotel is in a good location close to old city. Staff is very friendly. Turkish hammam is a must. Breakfast is exceptional in the hotel with tasty food and good service. For lunch/dinner there are better options close to hotel that provide better service.We had some issues during our stay but staff addressed it professionally.

The hotel didnt have many positives.I would say the TV was excellent and overall dining experience was decent.The hotel didnt really feel up to standard and the location was awkward. The entrance to the hotel is so small and in a tiny road. You will either have to walk outside to the main road to beg for a taxi or wait a while for the hotel staff to get you one.

Great location, walking distance to Sultanahmet attractions. The hotel is clean and luxurious. It seems pretty new. I had a suite looking out over the Bosphorous, which was excellent, but not that there are rooms that look into the atrium and not to the outside. The hotel breakfast is excellent. I stayed during Covid, so only Octo was open for dinner. No other amenities were available.

TEAM Marriott Istanbul are awesome. We just completed a four day trip to Istanbul, the hotel is located near everything. the 9th Floor is AWESOME!! the food was great! And the friendliness of the staff was fantastic, they were extremely helpful, informative, all of us felt very welcomed and appreciated. All of them were so polite and accommodating. If we go back to Istanbul we will defiantly stay here again next time we come.

One of the best hotel experiences so far. The location of this hotel is spectacular, close to great restaurants and in the middle of a cute street from where you can explore. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the food was amazing, all in all a fabulous stay!

From the moment I walked through the door I was in awe with the rest of my family, we like to travel a lot and we’ve seen some pretty high end hotels but this one is the definition of 5 stars. The service, food, appearance, the rooms everything was perfect. If I could give it a higher rating I would.

The service is excellent and the staff is warm and welcoming. The views from the restaurant are incredible and it’s located in a cool funky neighborhood. My room was impeccably clean. The food was exceptional, especially the breakfast buffet.

After a long flight we checked in and had a wonderful experience. Mr. Huseyin and his team were very helpful, professional and nice. Room was exceptional as well as the food.Definitely recommend it.

I booked two rooms of the same category one of them was bigger than the other. Even after informing the reception they insist its the same type of room.Dont bother to pay extra for the “partial Bosphorus view” its not clear at all.The room had remaining stuff from previous guest.

It was an extremely bad experience, and I am very disappointed, We did not feel at all that we were staying at JW Marriott, And I really regretted staying at this hotel- Rooms are so bad, lights not operating properly, keep turning on/off by it self- Toilet door was stuck closed and cannot be opened- Refrigerator Was not functioning - Many construction on the road/building at the entrance and we were not notified, it made the stay very much un pleasant, the staff at the gate was bothering my driver so much and arguing with him because of the parking. - Non of the staff ever offered help with our bags after shopping, not evening opening the door for us while carring maby bags after shopping

I spent two lovely nights in Istanbul at JW Marriott. The design aesthetic is gorgeous and chic and the service is superb. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay.

The staff is very good but the rooms are small and there are corridors and labyrinths to get to the rooms, In addition to this, the construction works outside the building, which makes it difficult to reach the hotel sometimes. Also, we were not offered Welcome drink or a fruit basket as members

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and very comfortable, with very nice amenities. The on-site restaurant and bar options were wonderful, and we loved our Turkish baths and massages. Every staff member we encountered was extremely nice and very helpful. The location of the hotel is also a plus - very close to bridge across the Bosphorus and the taxi stand, so there is never a wait. We were very sad to leave and cant wait to return!

A nice city hotel with a tiny gym and no pool in a great location. The rooms are beautiful. The staff is brilliant. The breakfast was excellent with overwhelming views of the Bosphorus.

The location is convenient to the old city, however the immediate location the hotel is in is not desirable. The hotel is small for the JW brand, the hotel is clean and using COVID Cleaning Measures. If youre an Elite member and looking for the JW experience, you should probably look for another hotel, which is what I did for my return trip. There are several Marriott hotels in the area and the others are much nicer!

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable and also beautiful. The employees are super nice and willing to help with anything. The food was gourmet and tasty. You want to go back for seconds!

This unassuming hotel at a understated location was a wonder to me. The service hospitality and friendliness of the staff made us feel at home for a week. I would come back anytime

It is very difficult to write a review for this hotel, because the GM, Erenus, and his entire team has been absolutely fabulous. First off, the hotel is brand new, opened next to the port in karakoy with an amazing view of the Bosphorous, Galata tower and surrounding Istanbul. You get a birds eye view of the city! Secondly, the building is 200 years old, with their own history, and newly renovated Jw Marriott accents-from the astonishing lobby, to the hamman-the details is what you would expect of JW Marriott Lastly, and most importantly, are the people and individuals that make the experience amazing. As a Platinum/Titanium member of 8 years, I have never experienced personalized touches like this which makes the stay so memorable. It begins when you first check in, Alperen, was super friendly and welcomed us with a smile and elaborated on the history and context of the hotel-immediately you knew the stay would be different. The night manager, Kartel and his crew, Metin were very warm-giving us personal insights of the hotel and activities for Istanbul. while getting great advice from the concierge, you also expeirnce amazing Turkish hospitality and served tea. Their guest relations officer, Darijia, was also very thoughtful, giving us a welcome gift of rose black teaThe most unbelievable experienced happened at the restaurant for us, the manager showed us around the penthouse restaurant which holds incredible views of the city. And also recommended us to go to the rooftop after breakfast. But it was here that we met Mevlut kose, while he has only been to Istanbul for a few months, he was an expert in Turkish cuisine. He personally recommended his favorite dishes across the entire breakfast selection, taking good and thoughtful consideration to explain the minute details of each dish-including bringing us his favorite dishes (from dill and cheese pastry, menemen and Turkish omelette). His recommendations were spot on, we also conversed about his experience at JW Marriott , and it really says a lot about the standard, pride and attention of the team-we found out he was selected from over 3000 applicants for this role! and everyone goes out of their way to genuinely touch your heart. He also included personalized itinerary for our next destination (post Istanbul) and super thoughtful departure gift. Mevlut really solidified and distinguished our experience-we even invited him to SE asia This hotel and their staff has some serious potential

I was expecting to see more vegetarian food proposed at the restaurant. I do not understand why a group like Marriott cannot be concerned by the climate changes, and reduce the impact on pollution by proposing vegetarian food. Knowing that most of the pollution is coming from animals, I am really surprized that Marriott do not have corporate rules about that.

The hotel itself is in a perfect location , heart of karakoy near many shops and restaurants , however the staff made my trip memorable , Baris was so polite and welcoming when he checked me in , Muhammet Curuk arranged a beautifulGift in my room , Meris was there every step of the way during my trip to greet me and assist with any requirements, I will defiantly be coming back to this hotel as it made my vacation

It’s a JW Marriott...so you have certain expectations. The hotel staff exceeded them in every way. They took care of me and my friend with every request (small and large). Breakfast buffet is amazing and the room service is relatively low priced (for US standards). Turkish Bath in the hotel is also highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again.

A wonderfully new JW Marriott Hotel really well located in Istanbul. As a first time visitor to Istanbul the hotel offered a luxurious and welcoming place to stay with a fabulous team! Highly recommend this hotel given how easy it was to explore the many delights of the city and had a great range of shops, cafes and restaurants right in the back lane way. One of the best Hamam experiences is at the end of the street in an historic building that dates back to 1580! Overall a fabulous place to stay.

We had the pleasure of staying at the JW Marriott in Karakoy which was an oasis of comfort and tranquility in the buzzling neighborhood.The staff was very responsive and caring and responded in a timely manner.

Everything was very good, the attention was perfect! Room service and the staff were interested in your feel very well..

The people, the food, and the establishment are amazing. The location is a short walk away from some amazing sights. The restaurant is my favorite place to be after a long day exploring and the bartenders are friendly professionals!
