Terrible staff.. While I ask help, staff look back to me, likely her reaction “wtf do you think i am”.Well, I knew you’re women.What I ask was : “IF HERE IS ANY MEN TO HELP ME”I said maybe tomorrow to check out at 9 in the morning. And then at 9 exactly in the morning they ask my key, while check out actually until 11.Also this is double standard hostels. Put Ukrainan flag but didnt put other country flag which is suffering more than Ukrainan.I feel like they treat guest different from their looks.
