Oteliniz mükemmeldi. Aşırı titiz olmama rağmen temizlikten aşırı memnun kaldım. Garsonlarınız aşçılarınız mükemmel ötesi bir müşteri memnuniyeti sağlamak ile birlikte aşırı güler yüzlülerdi. Özellikle Okan bey ve Mehtap hanıma ilgilerinden dolay çok teşekkür ederim.

Zero stars not 1. Avoid.By far the most expensive and worst service I got in Istanbul as they take advantage of currency exchange to inflate prices and swindle customer.Missing shower door so water leaked in bathroom, rude staff. Seemed like they removed 1 set of towels on purpose after we complained about the quality of the service. At 1am I saw the receptionist walk out with a set of towels which seemed odd and in our room we only had 1 towel and no bath mats for a room booked for 2.Shuttle is really overpriced: bargained down to eur 25 after disorganised, confusing, rude and late shuttle pick up (10 minute drive). Was originally quoted EUR 30 for a return service to and from the airport but was told this was an old price and the new price is EUR 38 or 668TRL .By comparison a taxi drive from Istanbul city to the airport takes 1hr - 1hr30 and costs 600 - 700 TRL.Another oddity is that they communicate through WhatsApp alongside email communication making it difficult to track and seems unprofessional compared to other hotels.The only benefit is proximity to the IST airport but definitely choose another service.
