Çok canlı ve haraketli bir yer çalışanları güler yüzlü nezih bir ortam sağlıyor

Güzel konum, lüks görünüm fakat odaya girdiğimizde içeride ağır tuvalet kokusu vardı. Çarşaf bir önceki misafirin vücut kılları doluydu. Oda kapısı bozuktu. Ertesi gün de odaya girişte kart kapıyı açmadı. Otel kapısının önünde duran güvenlik görevlilerinin suratsızlığı da ayrı konu tabi. Park sorunu çok fazla, aracı karşıda bulunan ücretli pahalı otoparka bırakmak zorundasınız ama o otoparka giriş çıkış için en az 10 dakika harcamanız gerekiyor. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Nişantaşı’nda yorulunca bir kahve içmek için tesadüfen girdiğim yer,otel kullanmadım. Üst katta restoran ında tavsiye ettikleri kahvelerini denedim, harikaydı. Dekorasyonu güzel, balkon daha bir güzel, tavsiye ettikleri kahvem çok çok güzel, garsonlar mükemmel,masamda kibrit olması işletmenin zihniyeti konusunda fikir veriyor, peçeteleri renkli alışık olduğumuz beyaz ve kalitesiz peçeteler yoktu, her ayrıntı bizi rahat ettirmek için düşünülmüş,tek kötü taraf, yan masamdaki görgüsüz Arab’ın yüksek sesle sürekli telefon konuşması ve ayakkabılarını çıkartarak oturmasıydı ve buna garsonlar ses çıkarmıyordu, Osmanlı bu kahpelerden yüz yıllarca vergi bile almadı, Osmanlı’yı İngiliz altınına sattılar ve kahpece arkadan vurdular.Yine muhtaç kaldılar ülkeye aldık vatan hainlerini, huylu huyundan vazgeçmez, bize TÜRK milletine saygısı olda böyle oturmazdı,

En büyük sorunu otopark ama yolun karşısındaki vale yardımcı olabiliyor. Sadece etkinlikler için ziyaret ettim. Etkinlik konusunda popüler bir mekan.

Baya karanlık bi otel... biraz daha aydınlık, ışıl ışıl, net olabilir...

Konum olarak çok işlek bir caddede ama tek araçlık park yeri bile yok kafeden otele giriş yapıyorsunuz

Sanat ile ilgili hoş bir mekan. Tabağın içine döşenmiş beğendinin üstünde servis edilen köftelerine bayıldım.

Çok güzel bir otel.

Otelin valesine aracımı bıraktım 30 tl istedi hakkidir ister ancak nakit olmadığı icin kartla ödemek istedim beni ortak atm ye yönlendirdi. Gecenin 2 sinde ve yağmur yağarken. Yani müşterilere saygıları yetersiz.

Spa küçük fakat harika sırf bu yüzden tercih edilebilir!

Montblanc toplantısı için gelmiştim. Çalışanlar son derece saygılı, konuksever ve yönlendirici, yemekleri de son derece leziz.

Tuvaletin evinizden ferah ve muhtemelen daha pahalı oldugunu düşünün gerçi biraz acı verdi bu düşünce ama otel yapmışlar ellerine sağlık

Odalar geniş fiyatlar uygun eğlenmek için 8 inci katta frankie istanbul var concierge ekibi müthiş

Masorler muhtesemmmmmmmm cok kaliteli ve temiz. SPA yi ailecek düzenli olarak kullanıyoruz

Dekorasyon olarak revizyona ihtiyacı var gibi...Lobide inanılmaz loş bir ışık sizi karşılıyor.

Dışarıdan yemek siparişi vermek yasakmış. Ne kadar saçma değilmi. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

We were seeriously impressed with the room. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Attention to details was great. Unfortunately, cant say the same about their service. After checking out we wanted to use washrooms, however, they were so stinky and dirty that I thought Id ask the reception to send someone to clean it up a little bit. The person at the reception asked the housekeeping in the lobby to do so...this is where the fun starts: the housekeeper guy came in with a spray for general surface cleaning a white piece of cloth, wiped the toilet seat and left. I was a littlw shocked by that amd followed him out back to the reception just to see him cleaningthe reception desk with the same cloth!! I cant even describe how disgusted I was. I talked to the assistant Front Office manager afterwards and he told me it was probably another cloth to which i said again that there wasnt even 5 seconds in between when he was out of my sight, he was holding the same wipe in his hand and they can check their cameras to verify that. Besides, how is it an acceptable way of cleaning the toilets anyway? Where are the Marriott standards for cleanliness??2. We also asked them to get the luggage out of our room and told them we will pick it up in a few hours. So, we come back in a few hours, and whereas all the other luggage is stored under the stairs, away from where people pass, ours with open bags, was left right next to the elevator door, completely unattended, with no one around. I really cant comprehend this - is this some kind of payback from the hotel for simply giving them the dirty toilet feedback or should we just say they dont care how they do the job, as long as they do it? When went back to the reception about this, the same asst. manager told me we were busy at midday, maybe thats why. Keep in mind at the time when I asked hkm this question it was past 4pm. Dear general manager of the property, please arrange some training on communication and handling customer comments for your managers. No, you must be wrong is not the right answer to complaints.

It is an excellent hotel and the staff was very nice and accommodating. Also the experience at the Frankies restaurant with live music was very nice.The only negative thing was the bartender at the gin bar at the roof bar. Too smart!! He took our drinks when they where half full and told us that we had finished them..!

The hotel is located in heart of Istanbul. You can have an elegant shopping experience as well as walk to the dining facilities. It is also very close to the cable car that you can see the city and the park from the sky. The staff is very helpful and professional. They will take extra miles to make you feel special.We are definitely coming back next year.

The Hotel was a disaster. We chose it for its location and for the fact that it was under the Marriott name. We checked in on Friday afternoon, and we had to wait at the reception for more than 15 minutes in order to get approval for our IDs. Interestingly, although we passed through airport security with our Greek ID cards, these were insufficient for the Sofa Hotel receptionist! After that, we were shown to our room, which had no window (and it was dark), the ceiling had mould stains and all the surfaces were full of dust and grease. The closet had no hangers and when we asked for them, we were given promotional hangers from shops!!!! Tired, as we were, we wanted to take a shower but the shower was broken! We called the front desk in order to complain, but it took us 4 calls to reach someone who was quite fluent in English in order to understand what we were saying. A technician came and replaced the shower head. We then noticed that although the room was for 2 people, toiletries as well as towels were only for one. We then asked for additional! Unfortunately, the towels we were given had brown stains! At that point we wrote an angry email to the hotel and we managed to get an answer the next day. We were offered an “upgrade”. Interestingly, the room was smaller, still dirty, BUT it had a window and it was not dark! The breakfast was awful; the trays were empty, although we went to the breakfast room at 9:00. We asked for eggs, as there was only one small chewy piece of omelet, and we were offered boiled, omelet or scrambled. The scrambled eggs we received were disgusting as they were raw and watery. Utterly disappointed from the very low quality of food, we never stepped foot at the breakfast again and we chose to have breakfast in other hotels! Overall, the stay was pretty bad and we will never step foot in this hotel again. It would have been some sort of compensation if we would get some approval or regret from the hotel staff but we were totally ignored!

It’s the second time I celebrate my birthday at Sofa Hotel, and it’s the third time I stay at the hotel. It is by far one of my favorite hotels in Istanbul for the great impression the staff always leaves and it’s location for shopping purposes. The only request I have is to let the reception Bar open 24/7 like it was back in 2017. And perhaps double glass for the rooms overlooking the city

A true design hotel with spacious rooms and very personalized attention. the art collection throughout the hotel is of good taste and exeptional. the amenites in the room are perfect. for those that are not simple first time tourists to Istanbul the location is wonderfull as it gives you an idea of the real Istanbul lifestyle and not that of tourists.

Its was a great stay at the sofa hotel, the location of the hotel is the best in Istanbul when you are there for shopping with alot of options for dining near by. The rooms design are great but maybe it need more lighting inside the rooms. The prices also is a plus!! Thank you sofa staff.

I stayed in this hotel 7 nights with my family 1 suit and 2 deluxe rooms. One of my best stays abroad. The hotel location is superb. The staff ( the front desk t, the cleaning lady, breakfast and concierge ) were great. I highly recommend this place

The hotel rooms over used, many damages in room walls, doors, drawers and furniture. Housekeeping is too bad. One you request something you have to call again to get it. AC control was not efficient. Staff were nice but the facilities and services are not up to my expectations.

I would not recommend this hotel in spite of the location being great. The rooms are new and spacious but barely functional. The air condition didn’t work and they didn’t care to do anything about it. They don’t believe in replacing coffee or coffee mugs everyday. They barely clean the room - don’t make the beds properly but most of all I have never come across such terrible attitude from the staff before

The hotel location is excellent near a shopping mall, a lot of shops and coffees. The room is very clean, great internet connection and helpful staff. the lighting system is very dim and needs to be improved.

Great location; shopping is mostly a walking distance as well as restaurants and other entertainment places. Very informal setting and extremely friendly staff. The whole experience makes one feel at home.

The hotel is small with small rooms. The location is good for shopping (design-ish district) and the hotel has an art collection. But overall very average and the rooms are not so comfortable.

I had a great stay where i asked for things to be done which they had no problems with. The staff is excellent and always will to please me for anything. I would stay gain and recommend it to anyone.

Hotel is good but the staff wasn’t welcoming at all. Plus i wonder is it typical not to provide breakfast if points are used?

Very dirty and dark rooms , house keeping is very negligent , checking in was delayed until 5 pm.Only the reception team were pleasant and helpful.
